The Manaus Municipality is opening Selection Process Simplified (PSS) for hiring 92 elderly caregivers, 45 nursing technicians and seven nurses for the Foundation Dr. Thomas (FDT). The selection process announcement 001/2016 It was published in the Official Gazette of the City (JUDGMENT) on-line do dia 21 January 2016, whose printed version circulates on Friday, 22. The period for curriculum delivery will be 25 a 29 from January, from 8am to 12pm and from 14h to 17h, in the auditorium of the Municipal Park of the Elderly (SMEs), in Rio Mar Street, nº1324 – Our Lady of Grace, Central South zone of Manaus.
The remuneration will be $ 850,00 for caregivers of elderly and nursing technicians and R $ 2.075,00 for nurses, More power assistance R $ 220,00 and transport, variable according to the working days of the month. The workload is duty scheme 12 hours, with total 40 week hours, the activity may be developed in the evening hours, according to the necessity. The contract will be valid for 12 months.
Requirements / Registration
To participate in the PSS, stakeholders need to be, no minimum, finished high school, to compete for selection of the elderly and nursing technicians caregivers, and college graduates to compete for selection of nurses.
Upon registration, the candidate must submit completed the registration form available on the website: http://doutorthomas.manaus.am.gov.br/ and submit the following documents: curriculum and originals and copies of the identity card; CPF; voter registration; education voucher (certificate) or a duly certified educational conclusion notarized statement; two photos 3 × 4; proof of address with zip code, police checks (www.dpf.gov.br) and the Court of Justice (www.tjam.jus.br); Caregiver Course training certificate for the Elderly or the conclusion of the statement duly certified notary and still ongoing, full course of nursing technician. The selection will be conducted through curricular analysis and documentation submitted.

The 1st list will be released on 15 of February, in which will be called 60 elderly caregivers, 15 nursing technicians and two nurses. The 2nd call will be in May, by convening 15 caregivers, 15 nursing technicians and two nurses. The final list will be in August with the call 17 caregivers, 15 nursing technicians and three nurses.
Delivery of the approved
Those selected must attend the 16 February to 4 March, the Municipal Park of the Elderly, with the following required documentation: originals and copies of the identity card; CPF; voter registration and proof of last election; birth certificate (single); marriage certificate or deed of stable union; dependent birth certificate, proof of address with zip code, discharge with proof of military obligations (I was summoned male); Registration PIS / PASEP (if already registered); expert report containing the opinion of the Medical Board Expert of the Municipality certifying suitability for the position of exercise and physical / mental capacity certificate (form provided by the SUS), as well as all documentation requested in the Notice.
The chief prosecutor of the FDT, Julio Cezar Rodrigues, It explains the need to carry out the process. “The contracts of caregivers of elderly people who participated in the selection process 2013 will now end in February and Doctor Thomas Foundation is fulfilling establishing the State Court of Auditors (TCE/AM) which does not contain an additive such contracts. The chief executive of FDT, Martha Cruz, It points out that the process is important for the continuity of care that the institution offers today.
