The Bar Association of Brazil (OAB) protocols on the afternoon of Monday in the House of Representatives a new request for impeachment of president, Dilma Rousseff. The documentation will be forwarded for consideration by the Speaker of the House, Eduardo Cunha (PMDB-RJ).

The new complaint of responsibility for crime is based, in addition to the tax pedaling already contained in the request for impeachment pending in the Legislature, filed by legal Miguel Reale, Jr., Bicudo and Janaina Paschoal, the attempt to appoint the former President Lula as Minister of Civil House for shields it, with privileged forum, a request for provisional arrest, whistleblower's accusations winning senator and former government leader Dilma Delcídio Amaral (ex-PT-MS) and tax breaks in favor of the FIFA World Cup 2014.

No last day 18, The Federal Bar Association board approved in plenary to support the impeachment of the President by 26 votes to two – the counter only were the honorary member Marcelo Lavenère, representative of former presidents, and the sectional Para.

The president of the Bar Association said the decision was democratic. “The OAB involved over 5.000 Order leaders and 27 States. The decision is absolutely technical”, said the president of OAB Claudio Lamachia. “The political issue and partisan, ideologies do not belong to us.”

Early, Lamachia received in OAB headquarters in Brasilia a group of lawyers who disagrees with the support of the impeachment and charged a national consultation to all members of the order. They protested with placards in front of the Bar Association building. “This should be seen as a deviation, not as a rift in the OAB”, pondered Lamachia.

Last week, the mayor, Eduardo Cunha (PMDB-RJ), He had said that not dispatch immediately the request of OAB.
