Commission inspects the accessibility conditions at T3

The Special Committee on Public Policy Accessibility (Cepa), chaired by deputy Luiz Castro (NETWORK) will make an inspection on Monday (9), 13h, to the bus terminal of New Town, T-3, to check the conditions of accessibility and service, offered to persons with disabilities, on platforms, as well as the loading and unloading of buses.

According to the coordinator of Cepa, Ronaldo André Brazil, Architectural aspects will be observed (confiscated, gates, banks, bathrooms and service counters); visual communication (cards and information) which should also be accessible to people with disabilities; besides the bus flow.

The bus, According to Ronaldo Andre, They should be tailored to meet adequately the needs of people with physical and visual limitations and the elderly.

The Cepa make an assessment of the accessibility conditions in the T-3, which will appear in a report to be submitted to the State Government and Municipal, to support public accessibility policies, to facilitate the lives of people with disabilities.
