Lula may be sentenced to 15 years in prison for Lava Jato
The former president tried to escape the investigations of Lava Jato, but did not make it.

The Time magazine reported that the Lava jet prepares charges against former President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva and that he can take 15 years in prison.
The charges are:
1) accepting bribes for favors from contractors and José Carlos Bumlai and money laundering in place in Atibaia;
2) passive corruption and money laundering in the rental of containers by OAS to change Lula;
3) passive corruption and money laundering in the OAS triplex reserve in Guaruja.
Lula tried to escape the investigations of Lava Jato, when Dilma Rousseff in an unsuccessful attempt appointed him to chief of staff of his government. Lula has not privileged forum, so it is in the hands of Operation Lava Jato.
