Senate enters the last days of Dilma Rousseff defense witnesses

The hearing of witnesses will continue until next Monday, 27.

The Commission suing the Impeachment in the Senate has scheduled for today (23), the testimony of three witnesses the defense away from President Rousseff.

According to new work schedule approved yesterday (22) by commission, the hearing of witnesses will continue until next Monday (27), ten days more than originally planned.

They will be heard on Thursday Anderson Lozi witnesses da Rocha, Undersecretary of Planning, Budget and Administration, the Ministry of Science, Technology and inovation; Leandro Freitas Couto, director of the National Association of Career Servers Planning and Budget; e Esther Dweck, former Secretary of Federal Budget.

Previously, Esther Dweck was mustered as prosecution witness, but eventually waived to expedite work. By understanding that the testimony of experts from the Federal Budget presented arguments for Dilma, the defense decided to submit a request to include the former secretary of his witnesses.

At least one former minister should be heard by the committee: Agrarian Development of the former minister Ananias, that has marked testimony to Monday (27).
