Demand for municipalities, who also want to renegotiate their debts with the Union, should not be met, according to the Secretary of the Treasury, Ana Paula Bishops. The government does not have more fiscal space to meet the election, says.

During an interview on the fiscal balance of the central government, which pointed deficit of R $ 145 billion in twelve months, Vescovi said the government will not make any further renegotiation this year.

“Fiscal risks have been weighed and added to the fiscal target. Are the spaces for the renegotiation of the States and to the frustration of revenue. There is no further room for us to move forward in any trading line”, says secretary.
