José Eduardo Cardozo, the list now just a number of lawyers who signed opinions in Dilma defense, cited such “Thomas disturbing Bustamante”, exactly, by the way, as it appeared in the session shorthand notes.

Cardozo cited a cacófato, not a person.

In fact, Cardozo was referring to lawyer Thomas Rose Bustamante, professor of UFMG right philosophy, who wrote an opinion presented by Mr Reginaldo Lopes (PT-MG), defending the junction of the impeachment of Temer to Dilma.
