Commission approves project that gives stability to non-public employees

The Special Committee of the House of Representatives approved, this Wednesday (13), a replacement project, authored by Congressman Atila Lins (PSD), the proposal that gives stability to servers that have entered the public service without paying contest. Attila project benefits federal civil servants, state and local contracted until 11 December 1990, when it entered into force Legal Regime of the Union Servers (lei 8.112/90).

Today, there is only guarantee for stability without competition servers that were active in 5 October 1988 - Date of enactment of the Federal Constitution. If approved as, the replacement of the rapporteur Attila repealing paragraph 2 of Article, and gives the right to stability for officeholders, functions and reliable jobs, free removal, hired under any regime, provided they have remained in office at the agency or entity, uninterruptedly, until the date of enactment of constitutional amendment.

The text will also be submitted for consideration of the House plenary, Two rounds of voting, but if approved will benefit about 30 thousand civil servants only in Manaus.
