Electoral Justice provides Application System for Municipal Elections 2016

The system is Candex, which should be used by parties or coalitions to formalize all requests for applications.

Already available on the website of the Supreme Electoral Court (TSE) from Monday (11), the latest version of the external module of Application System (Candex) 2016. In addition to the download system in Windows and Linux versions, You can also download the Candex manual with instructions on how to install, prepare and deliver the application for registration of candidates for the elections this year.

The Candex is the system that must be used by parties or coalitions to formalize all requests for applications: collective, individual, remaining vacancies and replacement. The system interface is friendly and easy to handle. The data are entered in the appropriate fields and documents and photos are digitally attached, as required by law.

The request is then recorded on a media, in turn, must be delivered at the headquarters of the electoral registry offices responsible for candidate registration within 20 July to the 19 Times of Day 15 of August, as provided for in Resolution No-TSE 23.455/2015.

It is important to note that the request must be submitted to the Electoral Court accompanied by the way signed the forms provided by the system itself, along with the other required documents.

According Cacilda Silva, Candex project manager 2016, conducted by the Section of Applications and Information Partisan (Secinp / STI), version 2016 gathers the changes brought about by the electoral reform (No law 13.165/2015). “It notes that the previous version of the program can no longer be used”, remember.
