Lula would have helped OAS to gain work in Africa, says newspaper

Former President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva would have helped the OAS to achieve a work of 320 million dollars (little more than 1 billion reais, at the current exchange rate) Equatorial Guinea, according to a report published Sunday by S Sheet. Paulo.
