Federal Judge Sergio Moro approved the denunciation of agreements awarded entrepreneurs Vinicius Veiga Borin, Luiz Augusto France and Marco Pereira de Sousa Bilinski. The trio became a partner in 2010, along with a former employee of Odebrecht, the so-called "bank fee".

Signed the cooperation agreement, members must have worked as the scheme and other illicit activities that have taken participation. Besides that, each of them will have to pay a fine of R $ 1 million. They also pledged to return any goods that have abroad, paying taxes to the Brazilian authorities. The value of this heritage, however, It was not disclosed.

With approval, the denunciations of the three executives may be used for further investigation. The charged fine, 90% must reimburse Petrobras and 10% They will be allocated to research bodies, as the Federal Public Ministry and the Federal Police.
