With the presence of several authorities of the Executive, Legislative and Judiciary, the Court of Attorney Carlos Alberto Souza de Almeida will be sworn in today (14), at 10 am, in the auditorium of the State of Amazonas Court (TCE-AM), as the new Attorney General of the Court of Public Prosecution (MPC) by the Audit Court, for the biennium 2016/2018. The prosecutor office ceremony, replacing the current Attorney General Roberto Krichanã, It will be conducted by the presiding agency, Ari Moutinho Junior.
Experienced in charge of MPC, Attorney Carlos Alberto de Souza Almeida has commanded the body in two consecutive biennia (2010-2012 e 2012-2014).
The new Attorney General Carlos Alberto de Souza Almeida is one of the great enthusiasts of the Laws of Transparency (Complementary Law No. 131/2009) and Access to Information (lei 12.527/11).
