With a spectacle worthy of the biggest stages in the world, the Amazon dancer Marcelo Gomes won the public, that filled the Teatro Amazonas, late on Friday, 12 of August. The presentation was just the first of three, who still follow on Saturday and Sunday.

The presentations are part of the extensive cultural program prepared by the state government, to celebrate the 120 years of Teatro Amazonas. Besides the beautiful choreographies, one of the highlights of the presentations was certainly the interaction of the dancers with the Amazonas Philharmonic Orchestra, who prepared for the occasion. "This was a unique work performed by our musicians, since essentially worked with opera and follow the rhythm of the dancers requires a different preparation, but everything was beautiful thanks to Marcelo, which is an amazing person to work ", said the orchestra conductor, Marcelo de Jesus.

There were more than nine months of preparation for just over 2:30 a.m. movement of artists on stage.
