Legislative Assembly begins activities in the second half on Tuesday, day 2

There will be a special session in honor of World Blood Donor Day, celebrated 14 of June.

The Legislative Assembly of Amazonas starts plenary activities in the second half of 2016 on Tuesday (2), a partir das 9h, the Plenary Ruy Araújo. At the first regular meeting after the parliamentary recess, It is provided, in addition to the completion of the Small and Large Expedientes, a special meeting in honor of World Blood Donor Day, celebrated 14 of June.

The Special Session, proposed by State Representative David Almeida (PSD), will start at 12h, the Plenary Ruy Araújo. World Blood Donor Day was established in the year 2004 the World Health Organization (WHO) and coincides with the date on which we celebrate the birthday of Karl Landsteiner, Nobel prize for the discovery of the ABO blood group system.

Still on Tuesday, students of the State School Prof.. Benicio Lion, located in the neighborhood Japiim 1 (South Zone of Manaus), visit the state parliament by the Citizen Education program: Knowing the Legislature, coordinated by the School of the Legislature "Senator José Lindoso".

The state parliament resumes its work already with two projects ready to be analyzed by the technical committees and Members. The first, state government, authorizes the State to grant subsidies in the amount of R $ 1,3 million for bus companies to fund urban mass transportation in Manaus and ensure the permanence of the ticket price at $ 3,00.

The second Draft Law intends to regulate the transition process in municipalities and government, formalizing the existence of the Transitional Government Commissions.
