Environmental Battalion Seizes 15 cubic meters of timber in illegal wood in the AM

The Environmental Police Battalion (BPAmb) of the Amazon Military Police, seized about 15 cubic meters of timber in wood that was transported in a truck on the highway AM-070, the District Cocoa Pirêra, municipality of Iranduba, on Monday night (29).

The seizure occurred after routine surveillance, during approach to a plate and model truck not informed carrying load of wood on wood coming from rural area of ​​the municipality of Iranduba. The Unknown Identity responsible told the police team that did not have the Document of Forest Origin (DOF), required to transport.

Because of the irregularity driver, unlawful and the truck were taken to the police station that municipality to appropriate legal procedures.
