Janot suspends trading tipoff with Leo Pinheiro, da OAS

The Attorney General's Office, Rodrigo Janot, suspended negotiations of plea bargaining of the former president of the OAS, Leo Pinheiro. According to information was revealed by the newspaper “The globe”.

According to The Globe, the PGR would have been irritated by the report of See which released the term whistleblower who cites Dias Toffoli. Rodrigo Janot, represented breach of confidentiality agreement and would be a way to force the PGR the signing of the final whistle blowing.

The leak of information is interpreted by the prosecution as a form of pressure to conclude the agreement, that can benefit Pinheiro.

According to the magazine Veja, Toffoli used a company named Léo Pinheiro to do a work in his home in Brasilia. Also according to the report, the executive of the OAS reported that the minister himself would have funded the costs.
