Federal Judge Sergio Moro determined today (18) that Adir Assad businessman, investigated in Operation Lava Jato, return to prison. Assad meets house arrest on charges in another investigation, Operation Marauder, that clears a scheme that diverted R $ 370 million public works made by Delta Construction.

in the decision, Moro said that Assad could not have been released because there is another arrest warrant against him in Lava Jato. The judge ruled that the businessman is caught in Rio de Janeiro, in the custody of the Federal Police, until further decision on the case.

"Apparently, the prison authority, to meet the release permit from the Superior Court and in relation to remand ordered by the 7th Federal Criminal Court of Rio de Janeiro, neglect existing current arrest warrant against the convict shall be drawn by this judgment ", these Moro.

On Tuesday (16), beyond the entrepreneur, the Superior Court of Justice (STJ) sent drop contractor Fernando Cavendish, former owner of construction company Delta, and the businessman Carlos Augusto de Almeida Ramos, known as Carlinhos Cachoeira.
