MPF denounces former minister Paulo Bernardo corruption and criminal organization

According to the prosecution the former minister had personal expenses and election campaigns paid by the corruption scheme.

The Federal Public Ministry (MPF) denounced today (1º) to justice the former minister Paulo Bernardo by the criminal organization offenses, passive corruption and money laundering. Paul Bernardo is accused of receiving funds from a fraud scheme in the contract for management of payroll loans in the Ministry of Planning.
