This report brings the machine identification, proves that it is recorded all candidates and that there is no counted vote, that is, the urn has "zero vote". After printing the zerésima, the presiding officer, the poll workers and tax of parties or coalitions that are present must sign it.
At the end of voting, 17h, the president of the polling station must enter a password in the ballot box to end the vote. Right after, the equipment will issue five-way of the ballot box bulletin, with the following data: total votes received by each candidate, politic party, white votes, spoiled ballots, section number, identification of the ballot box and the number of voters who voted in the respective section. The newsletter and zerésima are then forwarded to the electoral board.
