The prosecutor Amazon Accounts (MPC-AM) requested that the Municipal Infrastructure (Seminf) forward to the body, up to 30 days, the documentation for hiring the company MCA Construction EIRELI, no amount of R $ 11,8 millions, for works in Remedios Gallery, and three other purchases totaling R $ 12,6 millions.

The request for information was made by Attorney Evelyn Freire de Carvalho accounts after the publication of the order for the company hiring the approval and the extracts of the contracts on the issue of the day 8 September DOM.

According to the Sanction Order published in the Official Gazette of the City, the Seminf approved the bidding process for hiring the company MCA Construction EIRELI, no amount of R $ 11,8 millions, for "complementary works of the 1st stage and construction of the 2nd and 3rd stage of the Remedies Gallery", located on the street Miranda Lion, no Center.
The prosecutor also asked for information regarding contracts with companies Delta Building Material Trade EIRELI EPP, no amount of R $ 3,8 millions; Alpha Constructions EIRELI EPP, no amount of R $ 4,5 millions; and the SAM Trade Building Materials Ltda - ME, no amount of R $ 4,2 millions, all signed on 1 August this year.
The contract has as its object the acquisition of 50 thousand metros3 washed medium sand and 103,3 thousand metros3 washed coarse sand.
According to prosecutor, the request for information is provided in the State Constitution and the Organic Law of the Amazon Court of Auditors (TCE-AM) and failure to submit the data will result in the entry of a representation to the TCE-AM.
