Deadline for submission of Partial Accountability starts tomorrow

Failure to submit the bills on time is characterized as serious violation.

Starts tomorrow, Friday (9), the period in which candidates and political parties must submit to the Electoral, via internet, Accountability Partial. The deadline for submitting this information continues until the day 13 of September.
They must include the registration of transfers of party fund, cash resources and cash estimable, as well as the expenses that have been made since the beginning of the campaign to date, 8 of September.

For sending this partial, candidates and political parties should use the System of Electoral Accountability - SPCE - Register 2016. Remember that, before generating the system and send the file providing partial accounts by internet, the user must select the screen "qualification" of the system "Delivery Type: Partial", clicking "Save" following.

In accordance with Resolution. 23.463/2015, the Superior Electoral Court (TSE) release, no dia 15 of September – on the website -, providing partial accounts of candidates and political parties with the names, of CPFs donor, CNPJs of political parties and donor candidates, and the values ​​given.

Remember that failure to submit within the provision of partial accounts, or deliver it in a way that does not correspond to the actual movement of funds, may characterize serious offense, to be calculated on the opportunity of the trial of providing end accounts.
