No agreement, bank strike enters third week

Last Friday (15), bank refused another proposal of the National Federation of Banks (Fenaban) and decided to continue the national strike, not initiated last day 6 and complete today (19) 14 days, over 12 thousand branches and 52 closed administrative centers, already the third week of strike.

At its meeting on Friday, Fenaban offered to bank wage increase 7% and payment of R $ 3,3 one thousand. Bank were not satisfied and decided to maintain the stoppage. According to Fenaban, there is still no date for new talks.

The bank claim replacement of inflation 9,57% and more 5% real increase, appreciation of the minimum wage, the minimum wage calculated by Diesse (R$3.940,24), profit sharing, combat abusive goal, moral and sexual harassment, end outsourcing, security and better working conditions.
