City Council Manaus: Councilman today is Walfran Torres

In 2013, CMM funded one Walfran trip to Lawn / RS, where he represented the House in a Congress cabinet heads. Why not sent one of 41 Camera cabinet heads?

Councilman Friday (2) Torres is Walfran (PTN), who is in his first term as councilor and is the current deputy leader of Mayor Arthur Neto (PSDB), the Municipality of Manaus (CMM).

Walfran has cleared and inert performance in the Municipal Legislative, calling attention only in speeches advocating the current management and occasionally against Manaus Environmental or Eletrobras Amazonas Energia.
