The Federal Police unleashed today (19) Operation Java to suppress a fraud scheme in tax credits offset with the IRS in six states and the Federal District. Police meet 42 warrants, and 12 temporary arrest warrants, 12 Coercive driving and 18 search and seizure.
According to the Federal Police, the criminal organization investigated specialized in defrauding the revenue through fraudulent tax offsets, ghosts using credit to pay off debts of companies with tax authorities through Return of Electronic Orders program, Compensation or reimbursement and compensation Statement.
