TSE breaking bank secrecy graphical who served the Dilma plate

The Inspector General of Elections, Minister Herman Benjamin, determined yesterday (13) the breach of bank secrecy three graphics that provided services to the presidential ticket elected in 2014.

The request was made by the Electoral prosecutor in the proceedings of the Electoral Judicial Research Action (Aeje) 194358, after the Supreme Electoral Court experts (TSE), assigned to an accounting expertise of Network companies Monday Printing and Publishing EIRELI, VTPB Services Graphics & Media Exterior Ltda and Focal Confection and Communications Ltd. delivered its report.

According to the report, the companies did not submit documents which would conclusively prove, in its entirety, the delivery of goods and services contracted by the plate.

The decision also affects banking secrecy Carla Regina Cortêgoso, Elias Silva de Mattos, Carlos Roberto Cortêgoso and Regina Demarchi Cortêgoso, partners Focal Graphic, Beckembauer Rivelino de Alencar Braga and Wilker Correa Almeida, the VTPB, and Vivaldo Dias da Silva, the Graphic Mon Network.

The decision also ordered the dispatch office of the Central Bank to submit bank information, especially drives, relevant companies and their partners. The information must correspond to the period from 1 July 2014 a 30 June 2015, that is, before, during and after the general elections 2014.

Banks have to 30 days to pass the information to the Central Bank. The data will be analyzed by the team of experts appointed in action. The deadline for delivery of the analysis of the TSE experts should be set by the rapporteur of action after arrival of documents.
