A total of 302 Tax Municipality Units (UFMs), or equivalent to R $ 27 one thousand, It was applied in fines during operation to combat noise pollution held on the evening of Friday (10), and Saturday morning (11), in bars denounced because of the noise and that were not complying with administrative orders sound use of interdiction. The operation was carried out by the Municipal Environment and Sustainability (Semmas), Manaus Prefecture, and Environmental Military Police Battalion.

One of the bars, located in St. George, West zone, received notice of violation of 51 UFMS by interdiction failure. In the Food Court of Tocantins Set 2, Chapada, Centro-Sul, were issued two tax notice to the owners of establishments providenciassem the environmental licensing of the sound system.

another bar, located in the Plaza 14 from January, Zona Sul, received notice of violation with a daily fine of 200 UFMS to be working with sound, although interdicted, and unlicensed. The bar also had sound equipment seized.

Two other establishments had the arrest and infringement applied in Street 13 of May, not Educandos, Also in the south. The Department of Supervision of Semmas reported that the operations will be intensified in partnership with the Environmental Battalion.
