ECA full authorized extraordinary inspection in Seminf by threat to public coffers

At the request of the vice president of Amazon Court (TCE-AM), counselor Yara Lins dos Santos, collegiality TEC approved, at its regular meeting Thursday (9), the holding of a special inspection at the Municipal Infrastructure and Housing (Seminf) by evidence of irregularities, as the lack of authority in the acquisition and application of asphalt material, which can cause damage to public coffers.

Rapporteur of Seminf accounts, the counselor Yara Lins dos Santos made the request to learn of the notification No. 213/2016 - Made last December by the External Control Board of Direct Administration of Manaus (Dicad-MA) - Authorizing the expenditure of Seminf, Anthony Nelson Oliveira Junior, whose content was considered by her as fearful to the public treasury.

The ECA technical sector also asked the counselor, by injunction that is still in progress, the suspension of any payment by way of purchase of asphalt mixture until it is implemented by Seminf a receiving control and application of materials. The interim will still be appreciated.

In the file forwarded to Seminf, which was requested deadline extension, the MA-identified Dicad 13 irregularities and asked for clarification of all items, among them the lack of Discharges vouchers expenses and official cars of supplies on weekends (outside the permitted hours), the identification of remains to pay $ 20 million more than there were in box, random shopping, without proof in the accounting year 2016 and also about the lack of mass control asphaltic.

The General Secretariat of External Control TEC should make the schedule of inspection and submit to collegial TEC for approval.
