Check out how the deputies voted AM on the Labor Reform project

Five of the Amazonian parliamentarians were in favor of the proposal and three against.

Last night (26), the floor of the House of Representatives approved by 296 votes in favor and 177 against with no abstention, The law project 6787/16 amending the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). Most of the Amazon bench voted in favor of the proposal, the eight deputies only three were against and five in favor.

The only ones who voted against the project were the Sabino Castelo Branco deputies (PTB), Conceição Sampaio (PP) and Hissa Abraham (PDT). Those who vote yes’ Camera were Silas (PRB), Atila Lins (PSD), Alfredo Nascimento (PR), Pauderney Avelino (THE) and Arthur Bisneto (PSDB).

Most of those who were in favor of the proposal argue that there is a need to modernize labor law, and that the bill provides that. to Bisneto, reform is very useful for the future, Pauderney already considers 17 thousand existing unions in Brazil as a given scary and Silas reform will not withdraw the rights of workers but generate jobs.


Conception and Sabino to vote against the reform disobeyed the guidance of their respective parties. They argued that there was no position to vote in favor of the proposal. Hissa have followed the guidance of the PDT that is against the labor reform.
