Ex-husband of Luiza Brunet is condemned for justice for assault

The entrepreneur Lily Parisotto was sentenced by Justice of São Paulo to meet one year's imprisonment in an open prison, reprieve (suspension of sentence under conditions determined by the judge) for two years and one year of service to the community by personal injury crime committed against actress Luiza Brunet, his ex-partner. The decision is the judge Elaine Monteiro Cavalcanti based on Article 129 the Penal Code, ninth paragraph. The type of service and where he will serve will still be determined by the courts.

Parisotto was accused of assaulting the actress in 21 May last year, in New York (USA), after an argument. Brunet made the case public in July of the same year, when he claimed to have been hit by a punch in the eye, plus kicks given by the entrepreneur. Also according to the account of actress, he overthrew the couch and pinned to break his four ribs.

The actress even published after the aggression photo profile on Instagram with the caption: "The strong makeup hide the bruise of the soul". Two weeks later she posted a new photo, this time of a woman with bruises on his face, with the legend: "This is the classic photo suffered by many women in Brazil. Do not be afraid to report abuse 180 ", in reference to the phone call to his wife from the federal government service.

The entrepreneur always denied having attacked the actress and claimed to have been assaulted by her, another time, during a boat trip. Parisotto said to have taken ten points due to injury, without specifying which part of the body.

"I come to public regret that distorted versions of an episode in the intimacy are being disclosed as the sole expression of truth", said Parisotto, in a statement, after the complaint.

In his account on Instagram, he says at the same time that "never in life assaulting man, much less woman who highly respect, who knows me knows. This does not takes my right to defend myself assault attempts by tapas, falls, bites, unhadas etc.. I try to defend myself by immobilizing ".
