the public health service patients assisted by the Basic Health Unit (UBS) Cacilda de Freitas, located in the neighborhood San Jose, East Zone of Manaus, They denounce the constant queues that need to address to achieve a query form with the general practitioner.

Because of the short supply of consultations, users are subject to inhumane situations like spending 10 hours in line trying to get one of 14 chips that are distributed per day without being able to leave the site or to eat and, second users, let alone go to the bathroom, it loses time.

Unit user the need to get in line at 5 am and wait until 15h when the unit distributes a total of 14 records. Also according to the patients once the unit distributed the chips in the early hours, but due to the constant assaults occurred on site the time underwent a change and worsened the lives of those who need the services offered by UBS.

The Municipal Health (Sems) It reported that the technical department will seek further clarification on the work process that has been developed in the Basic Unit to Cacilda de Freitas, later, take appropriate measures and better serve the population.
