The candidate for governor of Amazonas, Eduardo Braga, his deputy, Marcelo Ramos and the leader of the Ministry of Restoration, Rene Newfoundland, They were condemned by the Electoral Prosecutor (MPE) for making early campaign during the 19th International Congress on Mobile Vision Model of 12, one of the biggest celebrations of the evangelical community in northern Brazil that occurred on 17 June 2017, the Sambadrome of Manaus.

The event took place shortly after the choice of represented in caucus to compose the plate to compete for the post of governor and deputy in the supplementary elections 2017, confirming the MPE theory that the appearance of candidates in Congress intended to expose them massively in front of thousands of people, with the intention electioneering.
