Temer letter starts, delivered today (16), saying the "outrage" is what makes him address them. "There are many who advised me to say nothing about the episodes that hit directly to my honor. But for me it is unacceptable. I can not silence. I must not be silent ", wrote.

The president says lawmakers to "false claims, inept complaints grounded on facts artificially constructed sustained the untruths that were disclosed "and that" the frame is being dismantled ".

Fearing further criticizes the actions of the former Attorney General of the Republic, Rodrigo Janot, and quotes the former Deputy Eduardo Cunha saying that, in an interview, Cunha reported that his accusation was not accepted because the Attorney General required him to incriminate the president.

"I could never believe that there was a plot to overthrow me the Presidency. But the facts convinced me. And they are indisputable ", Fearing says parliamentarians.

The opinion about the play was presented on Tuesday (10) by the rapporteur, Deputy Bonifácio de Andrada (PSDB-MG), who recommended the rejection of the complaint further, stating that it is based on "spurious denunciations, without credibility there is no cause for further prosecution ".
