Platiny Soares might have mandate revoked and become ineligible because of negotiations with Melo

The former governor José Melo, Vice him Henrique Oliveira, and Mr Platiny Soares are accused of using the military police to electoral promotion in campaign 2014.

The Electoral Prosecutor opined not to recognize the request of the former governor José Melo (Pros), by the Regional Electoral Court (TRE-AM), for the extinction of the proceedings requesting the annulment of it, former deputy governor Henrique Oliveira (SDD) and also the state deputy Platiny Soares (THE), accused of using the military police to electoral promotion in campaign 2014. This is because the state representative can still have their mandate revoked and become ineligible.

Even if José Melo and Henrique Oliveira has been revoked, there is the existence of other investigated in the process, may "be declared ineligible, if upheld this action, as is the case Platiny Soares ".

The MPE required, in September this year, the joined this same process of telephone recordings made by the president of the Association of the State of Amazonas Squares (Apeam), Gerson Feitosa. However, the case of the rapporteur, Judge John Abdala Simões denied. The recordings deal with conversations where support of the military police is traded on elections 2014 Platiny and is one of the interlocutors.
