The Federal Highway Police (PRF) Amazonas caught 95 motorists driving above the speed limit on federal highways of the state during the long weekend of All Souls, Operating held on 1st and 2 November in the BR-174 and BR-319.
Besides that, PRF fined six drivers for drunk driving, exceeding the limit 0,34 milligrams of alcohol per liter of air expelled during alcohol tests. Of drivers fined for drunkenness, two of them were arrested. altogether, were 154 alcohol tests carried out.
According to the press office of the PRF, others 24 drivers were fined for driving without seat belt, eight drivers were charged for transporting child without mandatory seat and four drivers fined for making improper overtaking in federal excerpts.
altogether, were 229 inspected vehicles and 236 people inspected by agents of the PRF. The total number of assessments was 108 and no accident was recorded.
