The date, integrating the Intern Development Program (PDE), It is the first step in a series of training, offered to students by the ECP until the day 25/1, before starting their activities in their respective sectors from the day 29 from January. The idea is to give trainees an easy and quick adaptation to the body.
At the meeting reception, trainees will know the functioning of various sectors of the Court, with presentations of general coordinator of the Public Accounts School (ECP), Junior advisor Ari Moutinho; the ECA's general ombudsman, adviser Eric Exile; and Inspector General, Councilor Julius Cabral and Attorney General of Auditors prosecutors, Carlos Alberto de Almeida.

According to the head of Degesp, ERISA Mendes, training will serve to identify gaps in skills of trainees, in order to supply them through specific training. "We hope that this series of activities directed to new interns can contribute to the personal and professional development of them", commented, to emphasize that the PDE, sector responsibility, comprising the process as the integration, climate research, survey of the training needs, individual development plan, performance evaluation and closing stage interview.
