The Amazon Court (TJAM) opened the registration period for the public stage of selection in the area of law, Notice as 01/2018-SPED, published in last Friday (12), the Electronic Court Gazette (yesterday).
The event, coordinated by the School of Court Server Improvement (Eastjam), offers 40 vacancies and booking registration training. Registration can be made until the 12h of the day 8 of February, exclusively on the internet, no site do Tribunal. There is no fee collection. The date of the tests will be disclosed later and informed the candidates.
In the days 15, 16, 19, 20 e 21 February 2018, the candidate who carries the inscription over the Internet must validate it by delivering the documents listed in item 3.2 the Edict. The delivery must be made in Eastjam, running in the Administrative Center attached to the Court's headquarters (of. André Araújo, s/n, Aleixo). The service will be held at the time of 8h to 13h. Failure to submit the documents will result in cancellation of registration.
The coordinator of Eastjam, Judge John Abdala Jesus Simões, stresses that offered vacancies should begin to be completed in the first half of 2018 and the selected candidates will perform their activities in registry offices and sectors of the headquarters of TJAM (including the Administrative Center Annex), as well as in forums, scattered courts of the capital and the mobile unit Itinerant Justice program.
As provided by law, 10% of vacancies will be for people with disabilities (PcD). Candidates who wish to compete in sale, shall state in the electronic registration form the nature and degree of disability they have and, in the days 15 e 16 February 2018, present the detailed original medical report, in which expressly states that the disability falls under Article 3 prediction and its items of Decree No. 3.298 from 20/12/1999.
On the stage, the selected law scholars will be entitled to monthly stipend of R $ 800 and more transportation allowance in the amount of R $ 167,20, should fulfill its activities in weekly journey 20 hours. The internship will last 12 months, with the possibility of extension for the same period.
The applicant must be regularly enrolled in Law Graduate Course, in higher education institution authorized or recognized. Intake Act, the candidate must be properly classified attending, no minimum, o 4º (bedroom) period, or equivalent to an annual basis courses, and having coefficient of school performance equal to or greater than 7,0 (Seven) points, upon submission of supporting documents.
