Authored by academics of the Education Program for Working for Health (PET-Health / GraduaSUS) and the Municipal Health professionals (Sems), two of the works represent experiments conducted in UBSF - North 24, Rio Piorini community, Colony neighborhood Newfoundland, and address the issues: "Experienced Experience Report with Hypertensive" and "Experiences with the Protected Time Deployment".
Also the meeting was approved "Experience Report with Teenagers" and "PET-Health / GraduaSUS – An Experience of Integration Teaching-Service-Community ", the UBSF - North 59, neighborhood Santa Etelvina; and "Focus on Women's Health Promotion in UBSF - North 57", in the neighborhood Colony Newfoundland.
The municipal secretary of Health, Marcelo Magaldi, He explains that the PET-Health is the result of agreement between Semsa and Ufam, formalized in 2009, and focuses on the qualification of the integration processes Teaching-Service-Community.
"Through the program, students of medical courses, Nursing, Physical Education and Physical Therapy Ufam are inserted in the work process in UBS. The goal is to promote initiation to work so that academics know the reality of the playing field and realize the real needs of the community served in the Unified Health System (THEIR)”, said Marcelo Magaldi, stressing that the PET-Health also aims to propose changes in the curriculum of the courses to best meet the demands of society.
For academic Jardel Veloso, author of two papers approved in the United Network International Scholar and PET-Health Congress on the seventh period of Physical Education, participation in the program helped to enlarge the vision of professional practice in Primary Health Care.
"I developed my work as a Fellow of the PET - Health in UBSF - N 24, in Rio Piorini community, where it was possible to act in the direction of the population about the benefits of physical activity in different populations, among adults, hypertensive, diabetics, obese and pregnant women. Most of that audience is made up of people who do not have the possibility of attending a gym and the professional need to find ways to work with the community, even if it is working in spaces assigned by neighborhood associations, churches or other institutions. Having this experience of reality in loco, besides knowing the theory at university, It will be essential in professional careers ", says academic.
According to psychologist Karla Lima, who plays the role of governess of a group of academic program in the Northern Health District (Disa North), the approval of work in Congress shows positive results of the integration of academics in the routine activities in UBS.
"During the actions of the program, academics now have a better understanding of the NHS and will act in the future as more qualified professionals form. Organized by members of the Brazilian Association of the United Network, Congress will bring together health workers, PHS users, researchers, students, teachers, managers and representatives of social movements, the areas of education and health, promoting discussion and sharing of experiences with the presentation of academic papers, experiences reports of SUS, offices, shows, forums, seminars and other activities.
