Farmer arrested suspected of sexually abusing his stepdaughter 13 years in Parintins

Police said the man sexually abused his stepdaughter since she was eight years old.

A farmer 38 years, He was arrested on Saturday (02/02), for sexually abusing his stepdaughter, a teenager 13 years in the city of Parintins (distant 369 kilometers from the capital straight).

According to the delegate Sandro Pereira Everty, holder of Police Interactive Police (DIP) Parintins, during investigations, the team identified the farmer sexually abused his stepdaughter, since the victim was eight. The crimes took place in the house where they lived, located in New Hope Ze Agu community, in the city.

"We were investigating this case since December 2018, when we came to our knowledge of sexual abuse made by this offender. This work began with the delegated Alessandra Trigueiro, Police Station Police Specialized (DEP). She asked the Justice the preventive arrest warrant on behalf of the farmer, which was issued on 14 January this year by Judge Lucas Couto Bezerra, 1st District Court of Parintins ", Pereira explained.

As the holder of the DIP Parintins, along the steps to locate the offender, the farmer was found on Friday (1º/02) by police officers, but could take flight. This morning (02/02), the man appeared at the police station, which has been complied with warrant in his name.

The man has been charged with rape of vulnerable. At the end of the procedures applicable at the station, the farmer shall be forwarded to the Prison Unit Parintins (UP), which must remain at the disposal of Justice.
