Blow via WhatsApp promises instantaneous release of the 13th installment of the Bolsa Família

Another blow, served through messages on WhatsApp application, promises instantaneous release of the thirteenth salary Bolsa Família to program beneficiaries, according to figures disclosed on Thursday (11) by the Ministry of Citizenship.

According to the alert, fraudulent message contains a link that redirects the user to a page where personal data is requested, such as full name, CPF and address. The message still requires the victim to share the link with all your contacts so that the payment is made.

The Ministry of Citizenship reported that does not request personal data via WhatsApp or sharing links as a condition for the granting of benefits of Bolsa Família Program. According to the director of the Department of Benefits, Caroline Paranayba, for receiving the transfer it is not necessary to provide any additional information from families.

The ministry also states that the federal government does not make any kind of data collection through social networks and the update of information of beneficiary families of social programs must be made solely on the responsible agency in the city.
