"We raised the homeland defense capability. I know the imperial plans, I know in detail the plans of the Colombian oligarchy and Jair Bolsonaro ", Maduro said during an annual address to the nation in the National Constituent Assembly, comprises only Chavists.

"If they dare, we will break your teeth so that they learn to respect the Bolivarian National Armed Forces and the people of [Simon] Bolivar", He completed the Venezuelan dictator.
