• Amazonas chega a 68.220 casos confirmados de Covid-19, with 55.414 recovered

    O Estado registrou mais oito óbitos, totalizing 2.739 deaths.

    Amazonas diagnosed more 953 Covid-19 cases this Friday (65/06), being 31 cases confirmed by RT-PCR molecular biology exam, detecting new cases that are between the third and sixth day of disease symptoms, e 922 by rapid tests, com data de sintomas entre oito a 60 days, totalizing 68.220 confirmed cases of the new coronavirus in the state, second epidemiological bulletin consolidated by the Health Surveillance Foundation of Amazonas (FVS-AM).

    Foram confirmados, de acordo com o boletim, mais oito óbitos pela doença, dos quais cinco ocorridos nas últimas 24 horas e três que tiveram confirmação diagnóstica na data de hoje, raising to 2.739 the total deaths. In capital, according to data from the Manaus City Hall this Thursday (25/06), were recorded 29 burials, five home deaths and one cremation.

    In all, 55.414 people have already gone through the quarantine period (14 days) and recovered from the disease. The bulletin also points out that 10.067 people diagnosed with Covid-19 are being followed, that is, are confirmed cases in the last 14 days, who are hospitalized or in isolation.

    Hospitalizations - Among the confirmed cases of Covid-19 in Amazonas, there is 315 hospitalized patients, being 218 in clinical beds (19 on the private network and 199 in the public network) e 97 in ICU (26 on the private network and 71 in the public network).

    There are still others 176 inpatients considered suspect and awaiting confirmation of diagnosis. Of these, 120 are in clinical beds (20 on the private network and 100 in the public network) e 53 are in ICU (14 on the private network and 42 in the public network).

    Notification - The consolidation of the cases notified in Amazonas is carried out by FVS-AM based on information obtained in three systems: e-SUS Notification, Influenza Epidemiological Surveillance Information System (Sivep-Gripe) and the Laboratory Environment Manager (GAL), até as 10h de cada dia. In Manaus, were notified 73.714 cases, while inside the state the number reaches 82.069.

    Notifications are carried out by the epidemiological surveillance of the municipalities through a health information system and passed on to the FVS-AM, that consolidates the data. Notified cases are confirmed or discarded, in the future, by laboratory examination or rapid tests.

    In this edition, 12 municipalities have not updated the information system for consolidating the data in this bulletin. Envira is the only municipality in Amazonas without confirmed cases of Covid-19.

    Counties - From 68.220 confirmed cases in Amazonas until this Friday (26/06), 26.783 are from Manaus (39,26%) e 41.437 inland (60,74%).

    Others 241 deaths from Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SRAG) are being followed. Among these, 211 are undergoing epidemiological research and 30 awaiting laboratory result. In all, 347 were discarded for the new coronavirus.
